Oh, you are talking about the Mexicans and what have you. Well, change the constitution. It was fine when written, but I guess things change. While at it, there are other things that need a change there. Our lives and world changes rapidly, but god forbid you touch the constitution. The shit was hard to write, though rumor has it that it's the shortest constitution. White at it, do something to the 2nd amendment since guns have evolved.

Citizenship for these people should be revoked. Loopholes and fraud. Not the intent of the law when written.

+1001. This was obviously not something our forefathers thought of when drafting the Constitution. Travel was slow and arduous back then and once you were here, you were likely to stay. As much as I dislike Trump, I am considering voting for him for immigration. Our policies have to change.

You're not very smart. The person who crossed the border illegally broke the law to start with. They have no rights because they're not American, and they broke the law. So...if laws were enforced they wouldn't have been here to begin with, and then we don't have an issue.

We are talking about someone who flew in. Not someone crossing a border on foot. The person on the plane likely has a lot of money. And came here legally. Albeit to give birth. No laws are broken.

Most or all countries in North America, Central America, and South America have this type of citizenship. It's not a loophole, it's the law. It's called jus soli.
