I think that's the point. The consistency of numbers on Obama's job approval suggest that the MSN poll is at least 15% off.

Still not a valid poll. Have you ever seen the polls msnbc does on their nightly shows? This is not at all an accurate poll - too much self selection in the participants.

Until a real poll is conducted, I'm going with the poster who says that it has something to do with old white dudes who can't figure out changing their homepage. And this is a professional market researcher's educated guess.
