That bites, OP. I'm sorry.

I had an ex who told me that he and his friends had discussed it and after 5 dates, you owe the girl a conversation. Before that, you can ghost with no guilt.

I wasn't sure I agreed - I feel like it kind of depends on how in-depth or time-consuming the dates were, whether you slept together, etc. I'd be kind of annoyed if a guy just disappeared after 5 seemingly good dates. But whatever. When we broke up after date 8 or 10 or something, we did have a conversation.

I concur.

I would be livid too.

But keep the faith.

Your dream guy IS out there.

You know, there are a lot of men out there who like women as human beings and not just as vaginas. It's sad that this is what you assume. You should expand your social circle a bit more.

Your problem is that attractive and desirable men have options. New flash, sweetheart: Men want to get laid. If you're not putting out, men are not going to keep putting up with your bullshit.

Grow up.

lol, you think you know so much. All you know is what bottom feeders do.

^^^ This. Good look going forward, OP.

Move him aside so you have the time and concentration to find someone better. Much better!

maybe you were becoming overbearing?

maybe he is married?

maybe he has no money and cannot afford to date?

maybe he was sick?

maybe the sex was bad?

there are many reasons why he stood you up ... Did you find out why or are you going to let it go?

As a man, I'd be hesitant to go out on a 5th date with a woman if we haven't had sex. I have better things to do with my time, like pursue women who want to have sex with me. I would definitely not go on a sixth date with a woman who has not had sex with me.

It's your roll of the dice.
