I hope he quits his current job and works at WalMart the next four years. She can have 70% of $8 an hour for four years. Likewise, keep the kids. She's training them to hate him anyway, so they're a lost cause until/if they decide to come back to him on their own terms.

OP I'm a woman in the same situation. There's nothing wrong with being bi (assuming you are attracted to your wife). It isn't fair however to do this behind your wife's back. If she loves you just be honest with her. I'm upfront with my husband and waved agreed I can date women on the side. It's better to be honest so none gets hurt.

Wonder why the guy looking for another guy gets called a gay asshole and the lady who is bi (recent thread) and married gets a smack on the wrist...double standard have you?

I wonder if the "Life is otherwise great!" folks have seen their future and possibly reassessed? Probably not.

Because he is not interested in having a contested divorce where his boyfriend gets deposed and they both get to testify in front of a judge and all testimony becomes public record. He wants to keep that reputation as the hetero family guy who just "grew apart" from his wife. It is handing over the house to maintain continuity for the kids that causes the assets to skew. It is the child support that causes the income over the next 4 years to skew and that amount is set by state formula, not I. And the time with kids? Well, he needs his time for his boyfriend it seems.
