Subject: Paris or Vienna with Teen DD?
Thank you for the update. I'm so jealous you get to visit around Europe this time of year.
By the way, are you the one whose ex-wife was complaining about allowing your daughter to take the bus alone in Warsaw? I'm just wondering. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

We visited Torun this past weekend. She loved it.

Why Vienna? Nice but bit boring, I am from near by country and for a teen, kind of boring. If she is into that architecture Prague would be better and she can go to castles near by that will leave her speechless.

Paris. Definitely Paris. I am sending my teen DD to Marseille and Nice next year, with school. Vienna is nice, but Paris for teen girls is divine! Just macaroons made my DD happy.

Vienna-- that's easy. She may not have another chance at Vienna because it's further east. I would consider adding Prague if that's a possibility.
I would leave Paris for its own trip or a Western Europe trip.

It's like choosing between NYC and Philly. NYC/Paris wins, especially if she's never been before.

I would let her do some research and decide. Let her take some ownership in helping plan the trip. I think it will help break her out of the high school bubble, gain loads of confidence that she can travel the world (even with mom in tow) and appreciation for the adventure.
If it were me...PARIS!

I went to Paris, Budapest, Vienna, and Prague as a teenager with my dad, and Prague was by far the best at that age.
