So sorry OP.

Sometimes in life, when it rains it really pours!!

Perhaps your dentist can agree on a payment installment plan for your root canal...??

OP -
Yes, it is best to go to the specialist for the root canal. The specialist has had two years of additional training.
I am surprised your dentist would be doing such a procedure. Then since your income in sales can vary,it might be very wise to get some input on budgeting and how to balance out low and high sales income years.

Go OP! Endodontists are way better at performing root canals anyways. Never have a dentist do it.

Interestingly, I reached out to a local endodontist today about the root canal and found out that it will be $600 less expensive to have the root canal done by the endodontist rather than the dentist.

That really surprises me, but I'm really glad I checked.

Ha, I was about to tell you that 2K for root canal is way to much. My endodontist charges about 1,5k
