As for shaving your pubic hair, the hair is their to keep bacteria from getting in. The only reason to shave is because it was seen in porn movies. No other reason.
Change your underwear frequently during the day and wear thin panty liners. Your vagina should not smell if you are clean and not sick or on certain medications. That will give you a medicine smell.
