We did Ikea kitchen. Together with appliances: Bosch dishwasher, Samsung double oven so not exactly Viking but not crap 10500. Quartz countertops with waterfall and overhang 3500. Lighting 1300 plus 3 new fixtures 1000. Floor 5k.Paint 1k. We did demo ourselves and did not move plumbing.

25x15 kitchen - moving a gas line and the sink around 5'. All new recessed lighting and ceiling treatment, also doing a butler's pantry
Cabinets - $30K
Tops - TBD, but probably $25K
Fix, patch hardwood - $2K
Ceiling treatment, framing - $3K
Paint, Drywall, patch, small framing - $5K
Electrical - $5K
Plumbing - $5K including new fixtures

100k sounds about right if it's incorporating high end finishes, cabinets and appliances. If it's more modest, then more like 50-70k.

We renovated our 9x20 kitchen a few years ago and ended up spending 50K. We did not move anything around but it was a gut job that involved replacing just about everything. We used Arlington Kitchen & Bath Factory and had a good experience. We didn't go completely top-of-the-line, but got nicer than average appliances, quartz counters, and custom cabinets.

We are in the beginning stages of looking into a similar project. Honestly, if you want a nice kitchen, it looks like cabinets are about 15-20k alone. Mid to high range appliances will run you 10-20k. Countertop- 2-5k. The rest will depend on plumbing, whether you have a load bearing wall, finishes and hardware, etc.

counter tops including replumbing a new sink + disposal unit - aprox $7,500
New appliances $4,000 + (sky is the limit depending on your brand choices you could easily spend $30k or more)
New wood floors $2000 for the floor, $1,000 installation
Repainting and new brackets and handles on cabinets (they were new but a horrible color so we had them painted). Aprox $5000
