I don't think the hand is necessarily an indication of trypophobia. It's just really, really gross. It looks like some horrible skin-melting disease. I think most people would be disgusted and repelled.


It's not just disgust and repulsion. Those with Trypophobia feel a sense of panic and dread. My heart rate increases, I get sweaty and I have a very hard time turning my panicky thoughts off. It's a real thing.
