I looked at upnest website and don't see a mention about morning doves. Is that an optional service? How much does it cost?

I said look at this sagging roof. Seriously, they're not working for you they're trying to get paid. When I retire in 30 years I might try to right all they're wrongs.
In the mean time I hope there is someone out there who is truly looking out for the buyers.
In retirement, you might better consider remedial English and grammar classes.
