Basically, kids for whom failing the SOLs are not a concern by the administration will be getting Level III.
Level III services are weekly pullout project hased classes with the AART combined with accelerated math.
By "weekly," it also means that any weeks when you can't meet because of holidays, snow days, teacher meetings, AAP time for other kids (i.e. when the local school starts reviewing the applications for the then-current second graders). At our school it means 1x/week pull out many, but no where near all, weeks.
