There once was a time when if you thought your child needed or Spanish instruction you hired a tutor or bought an instructional video. Now, parents send emails to all the class or school parents to discuss the issue, make a committee of sorts, approach the administration, and make small talk about this stuff at any given moment which has an air of recruitment to it. It's tiresome, and OP is tired of it.
