She is an adult, and she wants to wild out a little after a big breakup. Totally normal. If you think she is really struggling emotionally based on other reasons (excessive alcohol/drugs, withdrawn, not eating/sleeping, etc) maybe ask gently if she's considered seeing a therapist. But if it's just casual sex then you need to chill.

OP here. Other than the OCD, my friend is otherwise mentally stable. We've been best friends for a long time. I've never ever seen her act this way even after past break-ups. This is disturbing.

Her fiance broke up with her because she is mentally unstable.
She sleeps around because she is mentally unstable.

You can't force an adult to get help from a mental health specialist.

Welcome to the hell most families deal with when you have a family member with a mental illnesses.

There is nothing you can do. You can say, I can't be friends with you and watch you be destructive, get help or I have to stop being your friend.

or is this her coping with the stress of the break up from your perspective? Some people use sex like others use drugs or alcohol in extremely stressful periods.
