Cleveland aftercare was free, but is now $82.50 a month.

I live IB for Cleveland and my kid attends. Wealthy may be an overstatement by DC standards (since the top percentage of earners here make substantially more than the top percentage nationally), but by any other standard, there are wealthy families whose kids attend. Primarily in ECE, but not only.

Our Title I EOTP DCPS also went from free for all to $82.50 a month, with the exception that TANF and Medicaid eligible families still have free aftercare. Seems fair to me- no complaints.
