Have you looked into a paralegal degree? For my bachelor's I think I only took algebra, but I did have to take some science classes. If you can type, proofread and are good with details, you could get a part-time job in a law firm while getting your degree. They might even offer some tuition reimbursement.

You can become an RN with a BS in nursing (4 years) or if you have a Bachelor's degree already, there are 18 month courses you can take. I don't know how to get there from an AA specifically, but I'd assume you'd finish your AA, then get your BS in nursing? It might take you a little longer if you don't have the prerequisite science/math courses to get into a nursing program at a University.

Another thought but not real sure on salary -- grocery store butcher. My brother does really well as Safeway and can work as much as he wants but he's been there for at least 10 plus years. He makes enough to support 2 house notes, an apartment for his dd and car note for her plus 2 car notes for himself and still have money to live off.

He thinks working at the union based stores are better versus Whole Foods. He did spend some years as an apprentice. Look into it at the nearby stores and maybe even Costco, Sam's, BJs.

My mom went back to school to be an RT when my dad got laid off back in the late 90s. She had been a SAHM for 20 years prior so was starting from scratch. She mostly works for the health insurance, not so much the income, but there is a ton of demand for her skills and she could be making a pretty good living if she had to. Esp since you can do it in a LCOL area.

Nothing. Even my liberal arts BA required math. Math isn't that hard, you can get through anything.

If you think you have inate skill and artistry consider cosmetology. It does have a high number of hours to complete the requirements for licensing, but if you can qualify for a pell grant, it will cost you very little.
Aveda is somewhere around 20k. So it's a big investment, but much more manageable with a grant.

Hvac technician
Other two year medical like radiology technician, respiratory therapist

Take a CNA (certified nurses assistant course) and get a job at a hospital in an under-served area. They usually have programs such that you can get your AA and then BA--usually on hospital grounds. My sister did something like this in Colorado.
