My DD is about the same age or older(lol not wanting to out DD). She is at BSC. The program and coaching is really good. The coaches for the younger ages are almost all female. The club is organized and has a system which follows the US Soccer age guidelines(rotate all girls through all the positions- yes also goalie, everyone gets the same playing time, individually skill development, no posted scores of games, encourages other sports, etc). So at u10 it’s a lot of ball skills and individual development. My DD is developing well and having a lot of fun. Everything is age appropriate(girls are not punished for missing practices, very positive environment, etc).
You will find the normal concerns/complaints from parents about which team everyone is on. I have heard that the club under went a major overhaul a few years ago. We are happy with the program, coaching and other players. If you are interested email your DD’s age group coach(2008 u10 on the website) and come to a few practices. You and your DD can see if it’s a fit for your family. Do this for all the clubs you are interested in. It’s a commitment, do your home work. Do not just show up for tryouts.
