Another poster who is very happy with BarT. They are very engaged and keep the kids happy, have homework time, outside time, and good programming (e.g., science). They are excellent with communication (e.g., if my kid has to go unexpectedly the day of), and very caring. I am not easily impressed, and I am impressed. They offer a high quality program, and have not had any dud staff - not even close. But yes, as other posters mentioned it is expensive.

And women shouldn’t work?

Who said they shouldn’t work? Work hours are limited to when children are out of school?

540 is cheaper than the rates 5 years ago

The $540 post you’re responding to is from 2017.

Bar-T staff are mostly great, and they are generally pretty quick to the identify the ones who aren't great and move them out. They aren't just babysitting and playing on their phones -- they are engaged with the kids, playing games, teaching them, etc.
