I hate when people say this. I was driving 35 on a local road last summer when a car pulled out in front of me and I had no time to stop and broadsided them. My car was totaled, they thought I had internal bleeding and was sore and bruised for weeks. It doesn't have to be a highway for people to get hurt.

this is not true. Legally as long as you are F2F you can sit in the front, doesn't mean it's recommended but there's no law against it in Va or Md.Anonymous wrote:In VA, you can be as young as 8.
