Our games were all on. My older dd who had the early game fell a few times in PE on Friday and had a sore knee, so she couldn't play. My younger dd played at 3:30 pm, and it was still cold with a few snow flakes. Younger dd whined and complained and didn't want to play, but I made her play anyway. She started out with 2 shirts, 2 coats, a hat and gloves on, and ended up with just the 2 shirts on after playing. She never sat on the bench. She played the whole game. She had a great game with a bunch of saves. I was freezing though. I had on 2 coats with another heavy coat as a blanket, hat and gloves. I wish I'd worn boots.

Base layer and gloves are probably my most important suggestions. Kids often forget about their fingers and they can get quite cold.

I'd also prepare a 'bench' outfit preferably with a large parka 'puffy' coat or a blanket they can don when sitting on the bench as they will cool off quite quickly. Not something complicated like a sweater they have to put on or take off, but something they can just throw over them when they come to the bench.

I always kept some polar fleece blankets in the car for soccer season.

remember you're 15 degrees warmer when you're moving around, than standing still. My DS is a human heater so we will have to force a long sleeve tech shirt on him but he'll wear a UA cold gear long sleeve under his team tshirt, then the long soccer socks, which are like thigh highs on him, under his shorts. If he plays goal, goalie gloves.

meanwhile, i am running with friends at 7am and am wearing cold gear tights, cold gear t-shirt, gloves, and ear band.

a lot depends on your internal heater. I am always cold, he's always hot.

Hat, gloves and long sleeve top are the most important. My DC used to have outdoor practice and games all winter (soccerplex plows some of the turf fields) and it was fine.

Just do not over react to it, she will be fine and will need to learn to play in the cold anyways.
