21 pilots is good inspirational. I would have taken my 10 yo (when he first got into them) if I had found a touring venue at the time.

I've never heard an offensive lyric amongst the 15 or songs my kid listens to in the car. But I wouldn't bring a nine year old to a concert. There will still be alcohol, pot, and craziness all around.

Twenty one pilots are a good group, my 13 year old daughter though she gets anxiety and she said that their songs helps her to be more happier. Unlike her teacher is worried on how much she likes the music. She and her friend who is also 13 really wants to go to a Twenty One pilot concert but me and her other sisters doesn’t really think it’s safe for her mostly to the people that would be there.

I just saw this thread, and Twenty One Pilots are way more appropriate than Fifth Harmony... Twenty One Pilots are Christian and incorporate that into their music, and if there is any offensive language, it's blasphemy used very sparingly and only in song lyrics. To me, I think that a Twenty One Pilots concert where the most inappropriate thing are lyrics about anxiety that fly right over any kid under 13's heads, versus filthy mouthed women who are strippers in certain venues.

My 8 year old loves them. She has been to two concerts (not 21 Pilots) not going to another until she is older. It is too hard for her to stay up really late.

Twenty one pilots concerts are very kid friendly. They're a young pop band, there's not gonna be drinking or smoking and crap like there is at adult concerts / rap concerts / country concerts. My dad has done security and all kinds and he said the best was twenty one pilots because no one got drunk or too rowdy... I loved the TØP (twenty one pilots) concert I went to. It was a fun crowd and I wouldn't trade that one for anything! I'm planning my next one now ?

twenty one pilots talk about not comitting suicide and depression and anxiety. their music helps many people but a 9 year old might not understand the lyrics so i don't think its bad for them to see a concert. it is an amazing concert and you will be jumping every second. you will definitely have a great time

I would. We are starting to take our 7 year old to concerts. We listen to them and much more hard core stuff. I wouldn't think twice. Just make sure the venue has a more tame area. We took ours to a concert a few weeks ago and while the only child there, much to our surprise other adults and especially the staff were very supportive. Our child understands its just songs and he can sing the words to us but not at school or other places and he is not to use them (but allowed to ask what they mean).
