DD takes Children's Zyrtec, 24 hour kind. When it gets really bad we add Benadryl as needed.

LOL. I also use flonase. But Claritin definitely got rid of this general itchy feeling I have year round. Zyrtec makes me tired and Allegra does not do much for me.
