If you look at him in the article with the blue coat on and the pic right next to it before he has the coat on, his butt and legs are skinny. While it looks like maternity, you can see it is his pants and shirt color are very close and it is just his belly and neck that are larger than before. I'm guessing this is only 10-15 lbs or so.
