He was never my favorite person but I really lost all respect for him after that-he is married and almost 30 years older than me in addition to the total ick factor of being my biological uncle. Disgusting. I have kept it a secret because my family is very dysfunctional and they (including my Dad) would all probably think I was lying. Fortunately my uncle lives out of state so I rarely see him-when I do i'm polite but keep my distance. He was loaded that night and I highly doubt he even remembers it happened. For me, it wasn't worth the drama and stress of confronting him or sharing it with other family members but the OP's situation is different. My advice to the OP is to distance herself from the BIL and leave it alone at this point. If it happens again, she really needs to tell her sister and cut off contact with the BIL.

I consider all sibling spouses to be my siblings also. When one crosses the line I think it's incestuous. Creepy as hell.

I have never seen this side of him at all. I was very surprised.
