The same sound might or might not bother me. for example, Joseph Francis runs together but I like Eric Christopher quite a bit.

How do you pronounce Linus Sean? The S is the almost identical to Sh. That's why it's spelled that way.

I wouldn't worry quite as much about it for a middle name, but I would take it into consideration. Our first's name doesn't quite roll off the tongue (similar to Sophia Elizabeth) but we did it anyway because we wanted to use a middle name for a special family member.

Ana Alicia

It’s fine. In fact, it flows in most cases.

If the sound changes, it is fine. Most people can annunciate Christine Elizabeth.

Patrick Kevin will sound like Patrickevin 90% of the time. There is a staffer on the Marketplace podcast named Ben Toliver and even trained radio people say his name in a way that sounds like Bent Oliver. Avoid that.

My first name ends with the same first syllable as my last name. I HATE IT. I sound like a mother goose character.

The two examples you gave are absolutely fine. I think if you were yelling for Patrick Kevin, it would come out blended together, like "Patrickeven!" But if you were enunciating, like at a graduation, that would sound fine, too.

Actually a good thing. When you’re super pissed and enunciating his full name as you yell, you will pause extra between each and the effect will be more dramatic.

Not the same but my kid's middle name is Eliza and first name ends in the sound ( but not letter) E but with a y and I love the way it goes together.
