Based on what I know about his work ethic, knowledge, etc? Of course. He would (and does) make an amazing employee.

That said, I've worked with family members before (in a corporate setting) and I would never do it again. Too risky in case of layoffs, you're seen as a single unit so the behavior of one reflects on the other, you know things about the person that other co-workers do not so there is pressure to divulge details, etc. It can also put you in an impossible situation where you know something that you would divulge to the company if the person was NOT related to you but you only know it because you ARE related to the person. All in all, working with a relative is not an experience I ever want to go through again.

No way. We would both be too controlling and arguing on what is the best way etc.... I've seen relationships wrecked because of working together. You need to have very carefully defined tasks.
