??? I have been all over the world multiple times on vacation and work (I'm Global Services to give you an idea how much I travel world-wide) and I still enjoy going to Disney with my children every once in a while. My children love it and it is an easy vacation. There is nothing wrong with that.

I loved going to Disney. I also loved art museums in Florence, walking the Amalfi Coast, and a performance at the Budapest Opera House.

People who believe that Disney is only for uncultured rubes are much more simple-minded than the people who go there and enjoy themselves.

once you get a set of three FP, you can change them. remove FP for your youngest (and a parent) and add a different ride if you want.

We are about to go for the first time. Can a Disney lover explain the fast passes to me? We have an 8yo son who is eager to ride roller coasters and a 3yo son who will not be tall enough for a lot of rides (and probably wouldn't like the scarier ones anyway). People who hate it are those who haven't been there and imagine it being like the Disney store, or like Kings Dominion. Or they just assume it's a bunch of riffraff in faux leather Disney jackets. It's too expensive for that crowd.


People don't realize how perfect everything is.


There's one other group who doesn't care for it: Floridians who went way too often or who worked for the park at one point in their early years. And there is riff raff art WDW, but they are all Floridians.

I don't love it, but I do like it a lot. I like the different countries around the lake, and the cute little houses around the castle. Reminds me of Europe.
We have gone twice (he is 2) and will go again til he has had enough.
We have family in Orlando. I'm more excited that he can see abuela, abuelo and tias and tios.

We love it, too! We're on track for 3 visits in the last 4 years. Once you put in the advance planning (fast passes and dining reservations) it is just such an easy vacation and fun for all of us.

I had never been in my life and was scared off by all of the potential stress and expense. We decided to go for a couple of days about a year ago and we wound up going back less than a year later for a full week. My kids are not little (late elementary/early middle) so not sure how many more times we will go but I hope we go back at some point.

We love it too! Just been once with DD, but super excited to take her at least 5 more times in the next 10ish years! Can't wait to see her reactions as she grows up! My Aunt only works to pay for her yearly Disney trips lol! Lots of Disney love in my family!

Huge Disney lovers here, too! DH and I always say that if we hadn't had kids, we'd go even more often (currently about once every 18 months, would love to make it yearly). It is one of our happy places for sure.

I love it too. We have been there many times. It isn't the only place we go--my kids have been to most of the major National Parks, large cities like Chicago, Philadelphia, New York and San Francisco--but we also enjoy Disney.
