OP, 5 yrs ago I wouldn't have ever considered drinking 1-2 classes of wine a night. Over time it's become a habit and I'm working to reduce into two ways: from 2 glasses down to one and taking 2-3 days a week to be alcohol free.
I know it's better for my health to drink less and I'm on my way to doing so. If you feel the same way, I support you 100%. I've been shocked that this is even something I'm thinking about but glad I'm aware and proud of myself for taking the right steps.

Do you drink something every day of the week? I only drink during dinners/occasions out, or when we have people over.

Yes. However I mostly drink zero.

Alcohol makes me feel sick and leaves me very sluggish. I do not metabolize it properly. I smoke pot often at night before bed.
