It is odd that Loudoun has much smaller classes than FCPS although I think they don't have the same FRM rate. I know they have half day K which helps on the cost. Do they have aides in their classrooms too for K?
At some schools they let parents choose AM or PM K. As a result some of the classes are really disproportionate. My friends son is in PM K (13 kids) but AM has 20+.

ACPS both my kindergartener and 1st grader have 17 and 16! We are one of the better elementary schools.

Wow-wish we could afford to send our children to a school with small class size. Makes a big difference.
