Look at Dynamite- small groups and will teach the needed coordination.

This is the other PP, sorry I should have also mentioned that we have done FFH in the past but it is very cost prohibitive when combined with all of the other expenses - private school etc. At some point the bank account is just drained

Great thread!

My DS is not athletic at all, and therefore not strong or very coordinated. He's 13. We are in MoCo.

Besides TKWNDO and gymnastics - both of which we've tried unsuccessfully, can anyone recommend maybe a personal trainer or a program that offers more one-on-one attention. I like the idea of parkour but he is no where near coordinated enough to do it, at least not yet.

Dynamite Agility or parkour. No competition a and constant movement. Their obstacle courses change weekly which helps keep motivation up.
