Eat a LOT of plants (not a lot of meat/dairy). Exercise. Drink a lot of water. Coffee in the morning. I poop 2-3x a day, and it takes no longer than a pee.
I feel the "urge" - like pressure bearing down. Make a trip to the bathroom. Push. Wipe. Exit. I don't leave a smell or trace (honestly).
Repeat an hour later for my 2nd morning poop.
I'm always confused by people like you, OP. What are your habits like? I've always wondered who the people are who stink up a public restroom. What are your eating habits like?

For me, going No. 2, esp. in a public restroom, is complicated. Getting started, knowing when I'm finished, wiping -- it can take a while.
But for a lot of people (well, a lot of men, at least), based on what I've heard in the next stall over the years, it's a piece of cake. No different from No. 1.
It never ceases to amaze me to hear somebody walk in, sit down, immediately make a series of truly spectacular fart noises, wipe (well I hope), flush, and walk out, in a minute or two.
I'm kind of appalled but kind of envious.
Are more people like that, or like me?

That's the way to do it.

Feel the urge, sit down, bam, done.
My husband is the typical guy who sits for a solid 10 minutes. I have wondered for years what goes on during that time (while also never wanting to know).
