I have two middle names. It is annoying and confusing. People always try to make my second middle name part of my last name. I’m currently fighting health insurance company because of this mix up. Hospital billed under wrong name.

I never use two middle names except on my license where it causes issues so I don’t see the point.

My DH, whose parents are British, has 2 middle names & he dislikes it. Thinks it's pretentious, rarely fits on forms etc. But from all the PPs above, seems like most people adapt just fine.

Both my kids have two middle names. they both have my maiden name as their second middle name. My siblings and I all also each have two middle names. This has never been a problem for any of us.
