I am a spoiled wife, but DH does none of the above. I am the cook, so if I don't cook we go out (I usually get to chose the place). I am the only coffee drinker. I don't like the traditional "expensive things".

But, he clears the table and cleans up the kitchen most nights. He does about half the laundry and I am a SAHP! He is kind, considerate and understanding. We thank each other and each try to do more than the minimum.

Feet, neck and back rubs are good. Watching Miss Fisher with me when he would rather be doing something else is lovely- especially with a foot rub at the same time. Very spoiling.

Unexpected flowers are always nice.

I generally cook dinner, but it's more because she doesn't like to cook while I love to. I generally get up in the middle of the night if one of the kids wakes (it's rare but still I know she appreciates it). If I know she's having a rough day at work I'll get a bath going so it's ready when she gets home since I get in earlier.

Just how far do you want me to go?

DW here. Well, first, I stay home. He has to bear the stress of being the sole provider. Second, he doesn't dare buy me anything, as he has learned that I prefer to choose myself. Third, he's the early riser and makes breakfast for everyone. It is the only house-related thing he does on a daily basis.

None of us are spoiling each other, but we're happy together.
