UMD is top notch journalism , education and business. Has the United States National Archives, the Phillips collection and the National Center for Foreign Language (homeland security) on campus
The Phillips Collection is in DC (and their website doesn't say anything about a satellite gallery at UMD). National Archives does have a research facility in College Park, but it's a couple miles from the UMD campus.

No separate app is required. Just make sure your DD applies by Nov 1 priority app due date.
