I'm home from work at 6:45, workout in the basement from 7:15 - 8:00 pm. In an ideal world, I'd get up at 5:30 am but my New Years resolution this year is to get 7 hours of sleep every night and so far, that's given me the most benefit. More sleep has given me more energy to do those later workouts and just helps me function better throughout the day.
I really don't have time to do lunch workouts, even though my office has a full gym. But I make an effort to get up and walk for 10 minutes every 1.5 hours and go for longer walks at tail end of lunch, and that has helped, too.
Other things that have helped: park in the furthest spot at school drop-off and the office; drink a lot of water and then walk to a different floor for bathroom breaks; stairs instead of (or in addition to) elevator; walk around to the back door instead of front. You have to look for little ways to get a little bit of exercise in.
