I had to lose 20 lbs for competitive event a few years ago and this was the way to do it.
This is riduculas and I'd never do something like that How quickly did you gain it back?
my Friends's DH did something like that for a MMA fight he need to make weight for. He was so weak when he went into the fight that he got his ass kicked horribly.
