No dog in this fight, but I am happy to see that there is a listing in our price range coming on the market in Tara. I will be ready to pounce on it in March.

Just saw a few coming soon signs today. 2 on Patrick Henry between George Mason and Wilson and one on Harrison st near Yorktown.

- Do you only want to talk to the homeowners themselves?
- Beds, Bath, Lot
