Whoever wrote the card must not have gotten the memo that Miss Philippines should be this year's Miss Universe.

It's just a terrible, unbelievable error; but I think he deserves a lot of credit for apologizing profusely and sincerely.

I think he could have done more to try and help the contestants through that moment.

Someone from the pageant came out (past winner?) and helped transfer the crown from one head to the other. She was rubbing Miss Columbia on the back I think to calm her.
