George Clooney is gross to me. He looks like a heavy smoker.

I have always thought that George Clooney looks like a turtle.

Please don't delude yourself. Unless you look like George Clooney, the initial attraction/spark just isn't there. You can have all the moves and technique and experience, but without the actual chemical/magnetic draw, it just isn't there.

But yes, some women can mentally check out for 20 minutes for the right price/security.

I've wondered about that too. He spends a lot of money on them (e.g., fancy dinners out, vacation home, boat, expensive designer cloths for her, lavish parties). DH and I sometimes speculate on how he affords his lifestyle -- we know it cannot all come from his job.

Hasn't been my experience at all, but I've lived abroad, have an advanced degree, and have had quite a few interesting jobs in various cities. I've known some very nice millennials, but not one yet that didn't feel like someone I would be a mentor for. In terms of finding a life partner, I have no interest in being a mentor.

I have work experience but I have only been out of the country once (to Niagra Falls) and I don't have a college degree although I don't know that it's obvious that I don't.
