I try to please as much as I possibly can, rehearse my order to get it as clear as possible and easy to understand so I don't take too much time at the counter. I do get mistakes rectified, but then apologize to the waiter for bothering them.
And I am physically SICK each time I have to present in public.

I don't know if I would say she's self important, but definitely has some serious anxiety issues that she should get help with. I can relate to feeling anxious about making mistakes in a situation like work, but not Chipolte.
