I’ll echo the recommendations for Velatis. The sugary caramels are a DC classic. The toffee is my favorite candy ever. They also have several flavors of chewy caramels, and truffles , as well as a variety of seasonal candies.

Me, too. Although I'm fortunately on the Hill a lot on weekends. She's at the downtown holiday market right now, so go gets some chocolates!
