I'm allowing my 15 year old to go to the Logic show in March at echostage. Actually, he'll be 16 by then, but yes I'd allow a 15 year old.

To the OP, I'm not sure I would allow it. It would depend on the kid.

Don't do it. And last PP re Kid Cudi and 15 y/os don't do that either. Bring earplugs and chaperon.
