Sorry to revive this old thread, but do you have any specific creamy beiges you like? I love the warmth of creamy colors and just can't get excited about any of the gray paints.

I've been looking at Sherwin Williams Creamy and Lotus Pod. Any experience with these or other suggestions?

Edgecomb gray is a gorgeous light but warm neutral that works great in a rental (in fact, I have it in one). Revere pewter is a favorite of many but it's more taste specific (IMHO). Keep in mind that the whole house does not need to be painted one color (but I wouldn't do more than two in a rental). Kitchens and baths can be somewhat more adventurous, but still conservative.

We also did Repose Gray in most of our home, and since we have gray cabinetry in our kitchen, decided to go with Benjamin Moore's Classic Gray, in our open floor plan kitchen. It is more of a silvery gray.

Gray is popular as a neutral, but we have lots of color and lots of real wood furniture in our home, so that warms it up a lot.

Revere Pewter is great but it can read khaki or gray depending on the light. I've sampled about 20 colors around the house and only Revere Pewter changed so much from room to room. Then I decided to use it in a room but the matte paint reflected differently than the sample and it's much cooler than I intended.

Edgecomb Grey and Elmira White are great modern neutrals that don't seem to run the risk of being too cool.

I just did a 10 color sample w most of the colors that are popular.(discussed) It was really important to factor in 2 things. Amount of sunlight and the color of the floor. We had north east facing foyer and walnut brown hardwoods but the wood was just refinished. The color that looked good when the floor changed was different. We went with revere pewter. Looked great. The bedrooms stonington grey. The house sold in 3 weeks. However when the floor were med tone the color sent not as good.

I also used the color bm intense white. It was beautiful.

Gray is too taste specific and will not work with at least half the people's tastes and furniture/textiles.

A neutral white goes with EVERYONE'S stuff, even if if it seems boring.

I think it depends on light and other elements in the space. We have this color in a couple rooms with a really warm wood floor and I really like it.

Agree. It's a great neutral that isn't obviously warm or cool.

Just finished our large foyer, LR, halls with in this. It turned out simply amazing with an added bonus of seemingly more luster to our stained oak floors. I am beyond pleased. Prior to that we had SW Universal Khaki which has a not so subtle green undertone which did our floors no favor.
