How's he getting there?
Is he flying?
Are you worried about him ending up in a plane crash?
No - why not?

Where will he be while in Cancun?
Is he going to stay in the hotel zone?
Are you worried about him drinking the water?
No - why not?

I could go on and on but it's not necessary I think you get the point. Face it OP there are plenty of other things you could be worried about - not crazy off the wall crap but legitimate concerns that come with traveling to another country - but for whatever reason (ahem...) you're stressed about him cheating.
Why?
Obviously there's already something going on/crumbling apart in your marriage or you wouldn't be hyperfocused on this one thing.

What does LD stand for?

"Low Drive" -- i.e. the PP is asking if you have a low sex drive.

Perhaps he may.

He of course, will never admit to it, but if the opportunity arises, he most likely will take the bait. Add in some tequila shots and what happens in Cancun will most likely stay there.

A 50 year old DH here who travels frequently (for business and with groups of guy friends). I would say that unless his friends are real dirtbags, the social pressure from his friends will be for him NOT to cheat. Chat up a pretty girl at a bar, yes, just for the fun of it. But sex? I don't see it happening. Poor bastard is more likely to be the one steering the others home. All that said, you are the one who wrote "I can't imagine that he wouldn't", which to me says more about you and the state of your marriage than about this Cancun trip.

Spring break (tons of college students) vs. rest of the year (adults - families, romantic couples, guy/girl trips) could not be more different.

I might be the oddball here, but I totally wouldn't mind if my DH had sex on an international trip with friends. Would I be okay with his hooking up in everyday circumstances? No. But, on business/fun trips where he is discreet and used protection? Sure. Have fun!

You married the wrong man if that is your first assumption.

Couldn't be more true.

I'd be more worried about coke and E.

+2

Doing the bachelor party in LA, Vegas, NYC, AC, or Amsterdam would be way skankier.

I've been to Cancun a few times and there isn't a lot there for the BP crowd. There's night clubs and bars, but it's pretty normal and not too scandalous. Sure, they might chat to other groups of women, but it won't go beyond that. The only time Cancun is crazy is during spring break when it's packed with college students acting recklessly.

Depends on the man. It sounds like you suspect yours is likely to cheat.
