I love Bourbon Steak for a date night, and you can keep it to $200 if you go easy on the wine. The people watching is awesome. Fiola Mare could work with the same caveat. Also Del Campo.
My last meal at Cashion's was surprisingly good, and I like Mintwood a lot. It is loud, though.

Bourbon Steak, Fiola, Fiola Mare, Joe's Stone Crab come to mind. Although all may clock in a bit above the $200 budget.
