Being a nanny does not always translate to good mom.
If you like the person go for it, but I would say find out if they have career nanny plans or is she nannying through school.

we got married while he was in medical school. I work part time as a Montessori teacher now. My child goes to the same preschool. I think he would have had a problem if I wanted to continue working as a nanny. I worked until he finished medical school and got a Montessori education degree at the same time.
