Oh please.

I'm a Philadelphian and there was plenty outrage when Vick joined the Eagles. He did his time, more time than people do for committing crimes against human beings. I don't like the guy but I wasn't going to turn my back on my football team for giving him a second chance after serving his given time.

I say this as the proud human mom to an adorable Pit rescue. Move on.

"Big Ben" the rapist was 28 at the time in a college bar. The bodyguard was an off duty policy officer. Your beloved steeler? Roenthlisberger crimes(you know he has done that before) are unpunished and he is unrepentant. Just stop with Vick is so bad I can't watch the team.

And also, during the original furor over Vick, there was this whole "dog fighting is a black thing -- you wouldn't understand, so try to be more culturally sensitive" thing. Yes, that really happened.
