Do not ask teachers to do that. They are not in charge of your social plans too. They do enough. Let's not normalize putting everything on the teacher's lap to solve. Did you not see the post where teachers are ecplaining what thry do inna typical day? Then when they make an error, a human error, you all get on here and blast them.
Contact the PTA about when the directory will be published. That is the correct place for this.
