I'm 43 and in very good shape and I don't date very often because I just don't meet guys offline and don't have time for online. When I do date, they're typically in pretty good shape. I gravitate toward fellow runners and military dudes.


I wouldn't do the bar scene unless you actually drink from time to time.

You could look for military guys. Most of them have to stay in good shape. Bars near bases and the pentagon are usually good places to meet them. Or join an outdoorsy meetup group.
