Just curious- how do you combine paleo and vegan??
I don't combine them per se. Breakfast and lunch tend to be vegan and paleo for dinner. I eat mostly plant based with a small amount of animal protein (in the evening) and I also eat lentils, beans or quinoa at lunch. No dairy, soy or sugar. Best of both worlds!
