The past is the past. If he still wanted any of those women, he'd be with them. If you worry about his future, however, that's another thing to consider.
OTOH, if you obsess over this, maybe you are indeed better with someone else -- someone who doesn't stress you out but who makes you feel relaxed and confident.
Here's my question: who is the true source of your stress? Him? There are more fish in the sea. You? Seek therapy. You may end up with him or with someone else entirely.
The past is not so important. The future is, and it is not guaranteed, so relax and enjoy. If you can't enjoy him, enjoy someone else.
